Equipment *

Mobile phones are permitted on the expedition but, as per the requirements of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, they must only be used in emergency situations. I understand and accept that I / my daughter will not be using a mobile phone during the expedition other than for these purposes and, if a phone is brought on the expedition, it is the full responsibility of the owner.
You / your daughter must have sturdy walking boots / shoes that fit well, are broken in and support the foot. I understand that I / my daughter will be unable to carry out the expedition if suitable footwear is not worn. Trainers, canvas shoes and wellingtons are not suitable.

I would like to loan the following equipment from Girlguiding South Yorkshire

This list gives the expedition organisers a guide to the equipment required - don't worry if the equipment you need to borrow changes nearer the expedition. Group equipment such as tents, stoves, maps & a GPS tracking device will be provided to the group by Girlguiding South Yorkshire. You will be contacted about collecting any other the equipment you need to borrow.

Declaration *

I understand and accept that, if I/my daughter no longer wishes to complete this expedition then the payment I am making here is non-refundable. I will inform DofE@girlguidingsouthyorkshire,org.uk as soon as possible to allow time for any changes to campsite bookings to be made and to avoid disappointment to other members of the team.
I understand that there must be at least 4 young people in a team for the expedition to go ahead. If the expedition can not go ahead due to lack of numbers or is cancelled by Girlguiding South Yorkshire for any other reason then this payment will be carried forwards to a future expedition booking. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and the decision of the County Executive committee on this matter is final.
